By placing an order on this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

All services provided include real estate photography, videography, drone photography, drone video, floor plans, virtual tours (Matterport), and related media services. The client agrees to provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time of the shoot.

 

All images, videos, and media remain the property of the photographer and are licensed to the client for marketing and promotional purposes related to the specific property listing. The client may not resell, transfer, or redistribute the media without written permission.

 

The photographer reserves the right to use the produced photos, videos, and media for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.

 

Delivery time for media is typically 24–48 hours after the shoot unless otherwise stated.

 

Weather conditions may affect outdoor photography, drone photography, and video recording. In such cases, the shoot may be rescheduled.

 

Payment must be completed before media delivery unless otherwise agreed.
