Refund Policy

Due to the nature of photography and digital media services, all sales are final once the service has been completed and media has been delivered.

 

If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

 

Refunds are generally not provided once the media has been delivered.

 

In certain situations, partial refunds or re-shoots may be offered at the photographer’s discretion.
