Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be scheduled in advance through the website or by direct communication. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee. If a cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, for reasons not caused by the photographer, a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total order amount, but not less than 50$, will apply. Any applicable travel fee is non-refundable. Additionally, processing fees charged by Wix Payments for returning funds to the client’s card are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. Travel fees are not charged for properties located within 20 miles of the company’s registered business address. Properties located within 30 miles are subject to a $25 travel fee. Properties located within 50 miles are subject to a $50 travel fee. Longer distances will be quoted upon direct request to the photographer. Any applicable travel fee will be added after the order is placed and must be paid by the client before delivery of the final media. Drone photography is subject to weather conditions and airspace regulations. If drone flight is not possible due to safety or legal restrictions, alternative options may be offered or the service may be rescheduled. The property should be ready for photography at the scheduled time. Excessive preparation time may affect the schedule.
